How to apply for ASPF funding

Six steps from sign-up to a submitted application. Most applicants get through in under an hour, but you can save and resume any time before submitting.

  1. 1

Sign up + verify your email

Create an applicant account at /sign-up. You'll receive a verification email; click the link to activate the account.

  2. 2

    Add an applicant profile

Each application is filed against one applicant — an arts or sporting organisation, a statutory body, or you as an individual. You can manage multiple applicants from a single account.

  3. 3

    Start an application

From your dashboard click New application. The editor splits the form into Programme, Beneficiaries, Funding, Bank account, Duration & locations. It saves as you type.

  4. 4

    Upload supporting documents

At minimum a detailed proposal and a budget. Organisations should also upload registration, tax clearance, and audited statements.

  5. 5

    Sign the six legally-binding declarations

Each declaration is hashed and recorded on the platform's tamper-evident audit chain alongside your signature timestamp.

  6. 6

Submit + receive your reference number

Submitting locks the application and creates a reference like ASPF/2026-27/APP/ARTS/00007. From here it moves through triage → Committee → Minister.
